∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline (preferably in HRM) from any reputed university.
∎ 3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged to apply.
∎ Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
∎ People oriented and results driven.
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ Applicants must have at least 5 years of working experience in HR of Bank or Financial Institute out of total experience at least 10 years.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goal of the organization.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment to build a performance-based culture among the organization.
∎ Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives towards high performance.
∎ Assess training needs and arrange the same accordingly and also monitor the effectiveness of the training programs.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ The job role is to develop plans and policies, culture and effectively develop People Management Role for the Organization.
