Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the end-to-end claim settlement process (e.g., Maturity, Hospitalization, Death, Survival Benefit, and others), ensuring efficiency and accuracy in line with company policies.
∎ Analyze claim documentation to assess validity and prevent fraud.
∎ Offer exceptional customer service by promptly resolving inquiries and maintaining positive relationships with policyholders/customer.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on claim settlement.
