Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide end-user support & service for core banking applications.
∎ Possess functional & operational knowledge of trade finance.
∎ Comprehensive understanding of loan and advance processes.
∎ Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with a focus on ASP.NET Core architecture and programming.
∎ Competent in Windows systems and related service management.
∎ Analyze and understand business processes, including identifying changes and requirements.
∎ Assist with application configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and client support initiatives.
∎ Write and execute queries, analyze data, troubleshoot issues.
∎ Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, collaborate with users, and drive project alignment across all levels of the organization.
∎ Manage application & project implementations.
∎ Conduct application testing, track and resolve bugs, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
∎ Identify problems and recommend improved procedures and controls.
∎ Provide user training, guidance, and feedback to enhance end-user capabilities and system utilization.
