Education:
∎ Graduation or Post-Graduation in Commerce/MBA/BBA from any UGC approved local or reputable foreign universities;
∎ At least 02 years of uninterrupted service experience in Retail Business, or related fields from reputed commercial banks;
∎ Experience in handling high-net-worth/priority/VIP clients;
∎ Sound knowledge in Retail Banking products and services;
∎ Strong customer orientation, a team player, and a commitment to developing others.

∎ Providing a one-stop financial solution tailored to the needs of high-net-worth clients, with emphasis on deposit products;
∎ Acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing high-net-worth customers, ensuring their loyalty;
∎ Growing and maintaining the deposit portfolio of retail high-net-worth clients by building strong relationships and leveraging networking opportunities;
∎ Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering superior banking service that address client needs and fostering long-term relationships;
∎ Developing and executing customized business strategies for each high-net-worth client;
∎ Proactively cross-selling a range of banking products and service.;
∎ Addressing and resolving client complaints promptly and efficiently;
∎ Assessing and managing potential risks through comprehensive due diligence on individual clients, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as the bank’s internal policy and guidelines;
∎ Reporting on business performance, analyzing progress against targets, and providing regular updates on key performance metrics.
∎ Retail Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. This role focuses on providing outstanding customer service, offering customized financial solutions, and addressing clients' banking needs. The Relationship Manager will foster and maintain strong client relationships, act as a reliable banking service provider, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term client loyalty.
