Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise a team of credit card sales representatives, ensuring that sales targets are achieved.
∎ Evaluate individual and team performance, on regular basis and report to HOC.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals for credit card acquisition
∎ Identify new market segments to grow the customer base
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to encourage customer loyalty and opportunity of repeat business.
∎ sales opportunities for customers from upgrading to higher-tier or premium credit card offerings as well as cross selling product of banks.
