∎ Product Development and manage a diverse range of Credit card products and propositions that align with market demands and customer needs.
∎ Evaluate product performance and implement improvements to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
∎ Analyze data on customer Usage pattern, preferences, and collect feedback to upgrade product Optimize the bank’s credit card portfolio to maximize revenue and market share.
∎ Identify underperforming products and recommend strategies for improvement or discontinuation.
∎ Develop customized value propositions for products within the portfolio.
∎ Evaluate and track the performance of a bank's credit card portfolio to maximize revenue.
∎ Plan targeted campaign with set objectives to maximize card usage and generate revenue.
∎ Design customer rewards to encourage customer engagement, drives card usage, and enhances customer loyalty.
