Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of Home Loan within assigned territory.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationship with both existing & potential customers and provide good customer service.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
∎ Liaise with supervisor/ other support departments for processing files and approval.
∎ Remain aware of retail products and their features and manage overdue prudently.
∎ The position is responsible for identifying potential clients for Home Loan and achieve sales target by maintaining sound relationship with existing & potential clients.
