Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and implement HR policies in line with Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ carry out recruitment and selection, payroll, and training & development activities of workers and supervisory staff of the factory.
∎ Carry out activities of employee discipline, grievances, motivation, and welfare.
∎ Look after legal matters and update all relevant documents.
∎ Take cost control measures in all operational and administrative activities.
∎ Maintain the factories as fully compliant establishment.
∎ Preparing the factory complying with the standards of the different buyers with a view to facing different compliance audits, i.e., social, ethical, safety (building, electrical, fire), environmental, technical, SCS, CTPAT, QMS, technical, Accord, Alliance etc.
∎ Generate standard safety and security system complying different laws and regulations
∎ Communicate with government & non-government organizations, i.e., Police, Environment, Fire, Insurance etc. as and when required.
∎ Ensuring fire drill, factory safety assessment and all other compliance related activities.
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR and administrative issues
∎ Follow-up appointment processing, orientation / induction, exit interview etc.
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
∎ Manage disciplinary issues & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, tiffin bill, final settlement bill, etc.
∎ Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth factory operations.
∎ Update all license, certificates
∎ Ensure employees health-hygiene, safety & welfare.

∎ Extensive knowledge and experience in HR, Admin, Compliance, Security, HR, Health, Safety & Fire, Welfare
∎ Applicants having experience in Garments Industry are encouraged to apply
∎ Incumbent should be strong, mentally & physically, to manage a large factory.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and other applicable laws & regulations
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation.
∎ Good command in English
∎ Must have good operational knowledge on email communication, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
