Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for proper implementation of yearly budget and portfolio of home/mortgage loans to grow business volumes.
∎ Promote the company with business partners and referral networks such as realtors to increase the number of loans in the company's loan portfolio.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate employees to achieve their monthly sales targets.
∎ Accountable for Strategic planning, execution, and rescheduling, restructuring, revision of interest rate (upwards/downwards) with the support of various divisions/department.
∎ Maintain Interdepartmental Liaison to ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations. • Monitor loan quality to ensure it is in alignment with company policies and procedures, and in compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulatory guidelines.
∎ Monitor & Identifying potential risks that can lead to a default on the mortgage loan.
∎ Monitor, coordinate and streamline daily operations i.e. follow up deferrals and overdue clients, approve invoices/bills verification and facilitate disbursement etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Home/ Mortgage Loan. Skills and Competencies
∎ People Leadership: Excellent in managing large tea and coach to drive business return.
∎ Behavioral Competencies: Problem Solving ability and quality decision making, Develop and inspires others, Excellent Leadership Skills, Negotiation Skills and Analytical Ability etc
∎ Functional Competencies: Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge, Risk Management, Business Acumen.
