Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Drive sales team and achieve set targets of home Loan specially in metro areas.· Identify, develop and maintain strategic relationship with Vendors, Developers and Channels on the basis of mutual interests. Plan product strategy, roadmap, features, upgrade and design as per future real estate demand forecast.· Identify key constraints of complex issues in credit/ legal for home loan file processing and quickly develop strategies combining it with industry trends and real estate market behaviour.· Align home loan strategy with organizational policy, procedure, process, governance mechanism and is able to advise and support colleagues in their application to simplify process. Develop sales approach to influence favourable customer decision-making and take initiatives to improve quality home loan file.· Introduce new product features for home loan customers. Initiate appropriate marketing initiatives proactively to promote home loan, supervise the implementation of marketing campaigns.· Evaluates current sales approach and recommend appropriate strategies for improvement. Identify and develop strong partnerships with local organizations/ business entities to create alternative sources of business generation.· Maintain portfolio quality and guide the team to keep the PAR ratio low.· Consult with the CRM/legal team on complex cases and contribute to the CRM/legal process by providing critical inputs. Maintain liaison with other associated departments and expediate processing of Home Loan applications. · Appraise the effectiveness of technology platforms such as CBS, LOS, CRM, Sales Management and their utilization.· Ensure compliance as per internal policy framework. Mentor team in simplifying, improving, and harmonizing existing and complex compliance requirements.
