Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 16 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Handle all guideline for production and quality controls system.
∎ To deal with the buyers independently for all the GPQ/RQS system including in line inspection, pre final & final inspection.
∎ To run the GPQ/RQS team successfully and all kinds of instruction, policy & system effectively implemented in production floor for achieving best quality.
∎ To provide technical assistance to all section wherever applicable in order to achieve customers quality standard, inline setup, machinery adoption, production methods & work aid.
∎ Coordinate with production, planning, Merchandising, IE & Planning, Quality & other related department.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality standards.
∎ Ensure all GPQ/RQS staffs are trained on any new procedure/requirements as advised by the customers.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirements at work are maintained.
∎ Achievement of HR KPI's in order to maintain skill work force.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have maximum or full garments based experience will be given preference.
∎ Strong knowledge in in knit garments manufacturing process, cutting, sewing, finishing etc.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and others prevailing international standard.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
