∎ Higher education, Diploma or Equivalent qualifications

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee the activities of overall Finishing and Packing Process, Staffs and of manufacturing orders to be shipped., Developing, Implementing, Executing, and Ensuring the systems and its meaningful uses, and plan overall process & ready to offer the perfectly completed styles for Final inspections to deliver the goods on-time to the customer.
∎ As head of Finishing and packing, responsible on planning all processes and its layouts, capacity allocations, production plans, process balancing, finishing and packing methods, standards & Quality, in-time start and completion, achieve targets and efficiencies, overall resource utilization, and timely delivery of orders.
∎ Implement and maintain all Standard Operating systems and procedures related to Finishing and Packing process.
∎ Communicate and Manage the customer representatives with their requirements
∎ Hires and Assign suitable staffs in all levels of finishing and packing department and train, guide and monitor them to deliver their high standard of in the assignments
∎ Keep accurate records of finishing and packing, reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentations
∎ Maintain and follow basics and essential of Finishing and Packing process including ratios of production, Standards of finish and pack goods, sorting, and packaging rules, packaging and quantity quality inspections, tag-sticker-label matching etc.
∎ Maintains disciplines of all staffs and processes
∎ Conduct performance evaluations of subordinates that are timely and constructive
∎ Ensure to Maintain workplace organization, housekeeping, safety and compliances
∎ Achieve high level of finishing receive to ship ratio.
∎ Manage Finishing and packing related KPIs
∎ Perform other assignments from the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven Working Experience as Head of Finishing and Packing in Reputed Organization/s
∎ Minimum 3 years' Experience in similar position and 12 Years total Experience in the field of Finishing and Packing
∎ Basic English literature
∎ Finishing and packing Technical Proficiency
∎ Must be able to work on computer, Microsoft and generate reports
∎ Knowledge about CT-PAT rules
