Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/MSc in Engineering /Mechanical / IPE from any leading university
∎ May waive the educational requirement for high experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan & achieve the monthly, quarterly & annual production target.
∎ To fulfill the customer's feed requirement by producing & supplying consistent quality of feed in time throughout the year.
∎ To maximize productivity & operational efficiency by implementing innovative ideas at work.
∎ To design a plan for expansions, new projects, forecasting budget & inventory management to fulfill the market demand.
∎ To take care of all statutory compliance under the factory act, product standard compliance & compliance with company policies.
∎ Maintained company assets securely & safely.
∎ Proper maintenance of machinery as per schedule.
∎ Ensure 100% consistency of quality of products and machinery should be maintained and supplied.
∎ Trained production employees by monitoring, coaching & motivate them with full support in their areas of work.
∎ Supervising staff to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively.
∎ To maintain a good liaison between other departments.
∎ Successful execution of plans, and projects for fulfilling 100% market satisfaction.
∎ Ensure zero error compliance & No penalty for non-compliance.
∎ Prevent any loss of assets.
∎ Any other task assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 yrs. of hands-on experience in feed mill operations.
∎ 4 - 6 yrs. of experience at similar positions .
∎ Good knowledge of feed mill processes, equipment, and factory regulations.
Salary: Negotiable
