∎ Job Location - Ashulia, Gazipur, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Incumbent will be responsible for all activities happening in the factory premise.
∎ Coordinating all the departments to achieve organization's goal.
∎ Ensuring the smooth flow of works.
∎ Implementing monthly production as per production schedule.
∎ Ensuring the proper storing/weather of finished & in process goods.
∎ Coordinating with external vendors to ensure smooth operation of factory.
∎ Summarizing data of all concerned department to ensure working harmony in all department.
∎ Ensuring making & updating all legal documents from government/autonomous bodies.
∎ Maintaining the proper relationship with regional Police station, Fire Station, Power Distribution, local union etc. to resolve any kind of unwanted incidents.
∎ Resolving any kind of dispute within factory premise.
∎ Any other task as assigned by top management.

Salary: Negotiable
