• Develop and execute production plans to meet set production targets efficiently and on schedule.

• Ensure that knit fabric production adheres to quality standards and specifications, consistently delivering high quality products.

• Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize production output.

• Continuously improve production processes to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance productivity.

• Lead and motivate the production team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve production goals and KPIs.

• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, maintaining optimal levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.

• Work closely with the finance department to control production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain cost effectiveness.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with other departments such as Procurement, Maintenance and Quality Control to streamline operations and achieve overall Company objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to implement innovative solutions for production enhancement.

• Ensure that the production processes comply with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards.

• Set and monitor production targets, striving to meet or exceed production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Salary Breakdown:

Basic               : USD 3,500 or BDT equivalent

House Rent      : USD 300 or BDT equivalent
