Proficient in Google Workspace tools and digital documentation systems
Responsibilities & Context:
Drive EPC Project Execution – Lead engineering, procurement, and construction activities for complex, high-value projects end-to-end.
Strategic Project Planning – Formulate integrated master schedules, cost forecasts, and risk-adjusted project strategies.
Lead Multi Disciplinary Teams – Build and mentor EPC teams across engineering, procurement, and field execution functions.
Oversee Budget & Cost Controls – Monitor project budgets, enforce cost controls, and ensure financial performance.
Vendor & Partner Governance – Select, negotiate, and manage suppliers, contractors, and service partners.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Enforce strict adherence to industry, legal, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
Innovation in EPC Delivery – Implement digital tools, modular design, and lean construction practices to enhance delivery speed and quality.
Manage Risk & Mitigation – Identify project risks early and implement structured mitigation plans.
Client & Stakeholder Reporting – Maintain transparent communication and provide updates to leadership and clients.
Contract Administration – Review and manage EPC contracts to ensure deliverables and obligations are met.
Quality Assurance Leadership – Establish QA/QC protocols and enforce high standards across all phases.
Support Business Growth – Align EPC delivery with business expansion goals, contributing to strategic asset development.
