Additional Requirements:

• Strong understanding of HSE, legal compliance, and project governance

• Tech-savvy with exposure to ERP/project management systems (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)

• Proficient in Google Workspace tools and digital documentation systems

Responsibilities & Context:

• Drive EPC Project Execution – Lead engineering, procurement, and construction activities for complex, high-value projects end-to-end.

• Strategic Project Planning – Formulate integrated master schedules, cost forecasts, and risk-adjusted project strategies.

• Lead Multi Disciplinary Teams – Build and mentor EPC teams across engineering, procurement, and field execution functions.

• Oversee Budget & Cost Controls – Monitor project budgets, enforce cost controls, and ensure financial performance.

• Vendor & Partner Governance – Select, negotiate, and manage suppliers, contractors, and service partners.

• Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Enforce strict adherence to industry, legal, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.

• Innovation in EPC Delivery – Implement digital tools, modular design, and lean construction practices to enhance delivery speed and quality.

• Manage Risk & Mitigation – Identify project risks early and implement structured mitigation plans.

• Client & Stakeholder Reporting – Maintain transparent communication and provide updates to leadership and clients.

• Contract Administration – Review and manage EPC contracts to ensure deliverables and obligations are met.

• Quality Assurance Leadership – Establish QA/QC protocols and enforce high standards across all phases.

• Support Business Growth – Align EPC delivery with business expansion goals, contributing to strategic asset development.
