∎ Ecochem Bangladesh (Pvt) Ltd. is a Sri Lanka based textile chemical company with a solid experience in the sector of bio-enzymes and auxiliary products in both textile & laundry industry in Bangladesh. The company is mainly involved in research and developments, providing innovative concepts and technical marketing.
∎ The company is looking a capable professional for the position of `Head of Department - Textile Division`
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the data source, a data sorting process
∎ Guide the team for data validation process
∎ Create report & Dashboard format
∎ Generate summary report I Management Dashboard
∎ Performance (KPI) Report I Production reports I Capacity Planning Report
∎ Present analysis report to management I Root-Cause I Risk assessment
∎ Create & maintain order management database
∎ Preserve data for specific period of time
∎ Documentation of work and process
∎ Provide required training to team
∎ Team task management
∎ Team Performance management
∎ Collaboration with HODs, teams and other stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 8 years working experience & at least 2 years working experience as Department Head.
∎ At least 2 years' experience as Department Head in any organization.
∎ Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
∎ Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
