Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' degree in any discipline having relevant experience.
∎ Textile/applied chemistry Background will be preferred.

∎ Job Location - Ashulia, Gazipur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take care all the washing activities including bulk & sample washing.
∎ Incumbent must have vast experience of DENIM washing advanced technologies.
∎ Must have expertise in all kinds of washing like normal wash, pigment wash, bleach wash, stone wash, acid wash, enzyme wash, sandblasting, caustic wash and super white wash etc.
∎ Planning garments washing based on order in hand & to utilize the capacity efficiently.
∎ Developing the washing techniques for better output with cost competitiveness.
∎ Proper utilization of advanced washing machineries & to deploy proper person to maintain the machines perfectly.
∎ Coordinate internal department like merchandising & production team to follow the washing sequence to ensure timely delivery of the merchandise.
∎ Responsible to ensure the quality of the wash & prior approval before bulk.
∎ To understand the buyer's demand of washing trend & develop samples accordingly.
∎ Teach & train washing technician about advanced washing techniques.
∎ Making the wash recipe perfectly as per given samples/composition from buyer/buying office.
∎ Maintaining washing data of each color per style & to report when needed.
∎ Forecasting the trend of Denim wash & develop samples accordingly.
∎ Any other special task assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Incumbent should have sufficient expertise of DENIM washing with advanced method & technologies.
∎ Should be capable to make complex recipe as required by buyer.
∎ Should be sufficiently energetic to take responsibility of any changes in plan.
∎ Should be well conversant in English.
∎ Should have good command over team members to get the job done.
Salary: Negotiable
