Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics or equivalent; MBA/Master's degree preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role will evaluate and develop data management, leading the transformation of the organisation through the implementation of data strategies.
∎ S/he is mainly responsible to monitor for updating the Fair Factory Cleaning (FFC) & Factory Group Research (FGR) tracker.
∎ The HoDM will be responsible to evaluate the dashboard reporting, data storage, including ensuring that key data store is maintained and developed in such a way that they provide clear and reliable information from all relevant information needs.
∎ The Head of Data Management (HoDM) will serve as a part of the RSC team.
∎ S/he will work under the supervision of the Managing Director (MD) to lead for overall RSC data management
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years of demonstrated, progressive experience in data management / data administration.
∎ Currently holding a senior position and experienced in setting data management strategy and to formulate data initiatives' and delivery roadmaps.
∎ Excellent understanding of Data Management methods, tools, delivery approaches and architecture.
∎ Must have good IT skills (including data evaluation/analysis using relevant computer application).
∎ Must have knowledge of working business standards that are relevant to the industry in which the organisation operates.
∎ Ability to work with modern data architecture including cloud-based deployments.
∎ Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to cope with challenging situations and tight timelines.
∎ Integrity, honesty, a strong work ethic, and commitment to the goals of the RSC and the RMG industry.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English.
∎ Native fluency in written and spoken.
∎ The RSC will follow a strict selection criterion. Only the candidates who meet the above and have a proven track record will be considered.
