Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Masters from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive sample with all instruction of buyer & technical issue.
∎ Make cutting plan to avoid wastage of time, effort and materials.
∎ Provide sample to supervisor & give guide lines for each style/order.
∎ Daily work plan make for day after.
∎ Work distribution among supervisor according to fabric availability & sewing input priority.
∎ Fix-up daily target for production and Efficiency.
∎ Ensure fabric receive & relaxation according to QAD requirement.
∎ Plan rib cutting & provide rib approval.
∎ Production follow-up to achieve daily target.
∎ Take rapid action if any problem face.
∎ Ensure input to sewing line in time.
∎ Ensure Fabric consumption at the beginning of cutting.
∎ Ensure complaint in the cutting floor.
∎ Ensure SOP to minimize wastage of time, effort & materials.
∎ Develop the existing people by training.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of Man, Machine, Materials, Time and Space.
∎ Ensure Factory rules, Policy and regulation in the floor
∎ Develop the royalty among the people existing there to the company.
∎ Lead the team with discipline & any other job assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ An in-depth knowledge and experience of cutting process of knit fabrics.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills on modern cutting machinery/ equipment and garments manufacturing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead the team & motivate officers and staff.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a specific time-frame.
∎ Should be good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Should be good team player, well organized, self-initiative and detail oriented.
∎ Local & Foreign persons are also encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate must have experience to run about 100 lines IE efficiency above 60% and established lean management.
