• Overall responsibility for planning and managing recovery activities across the group, ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues.

• Lead and guide the field recovery team in their daily work, ensuring proper follow-up with clients and achievement of targets.

• Develop practical and effective recovery approaches based on customer profile, aging, and risk level.

• Maintain regular communication with overdue clients and take necessary steps to reduce outstanding balances.

• Prepare regular recovery reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and share updates with management in a clear and structured manner.

• Work closely with Sales, Accounts, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth coordination and proper documentation.

• Handle sensitive and high-value accounts with care, including negotiation and settlement when required.

• Ensure all recovery activities are conducted in line with company policies and applicable legal requirements.

• Maintain proper records of follow-ups, client commitments, and recovery status.

• Support and motivate team members, ensuring discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
