Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; post-graduate degree in Data
∎ Science or other quantitative field (post-graduate degree preferably from abroad)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement IDLC's data strategy for data-driven credit analysis
∎ Constructing analytics infrastructure for Big Data Analysis in IDLC
∎ Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
∎ Build and review predictive models and machine-learning algorithms for scorecard-based and digital lending
∎ Portfolio review and pin point areas of distress and ways of improvement
∎ Analyze large amounts of economic and sectorial information to discover trends and patterns for formalizing IDLC's credit strategy

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in data mining and Big Data analysis
∎ Knowledge of R, SQL and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java
∎ Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop)
∎ Working experience with linear and non-linear correlation techniques for logic driven decision making
∎ Exposure in advance credit scorecard models, such as Random Forrest, Naïve Bayes, Neural Network, kNN, etc.
∎ Analytical mind and business understanding of local markets
∎ Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
∎ Problem-solving aptitude
