Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and achieve yearly portfolio budget of Corporate Liability to grow business volumes
∎ Enhance corporate deposit base to support the lending growth
∎ Identify the scope for improvements in corporate liability products quality
∎ Liaise with the ALM Committee to ensure right strategies for deposit mobilization
∎ Ensure compliance as per internal policy framework
∎ Lead, train employees to achieve sales goals

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 16 Years of experience in banking/NBFI industry in Corporate Liability/Wealth Management
∎ Experience as Head of Corporate Liability will be an added advantage
∎ Behavioral Competencies: Quality Decision Making, Negotiation Skills, Analytical Ability
∎ Functional Competencies: Business Acumen, Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge
