Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop and maintain strong relationship with Corporate Offices & Institutions and sale Retail Products amongst their employees/ prospective customers.
∎ Ensure achievement of team’s monthly/ yearly target of Retail Asset and Liability products.
∎ Build affiliation and partnerships with Institutions, Corporate Offices, Clubs, Chambers etc. and generate sale of our products and promote marketing initiatives and events.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experiences throughout their journey at IPDC.
∎ Maintain high level of motivation amongst team members and organize training for staff based on training gaps identified.
∎ Facilitating and driving the culture of cross-selling and integration across the department and its businesses to maximize revenues and profitability for the organization.
