Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited, a reputed and leading joint-venture private commercial Bank is playing a vital role in mobile financial inclusion initiatives through its Mobile Financial Services namely ROCKET. To expand and strengthen its Mobile Financial Services throughout the country we are looking for competent and experienced professionals for the mentioned positions under Financial Inclusion Policy.
∎ HR Designation: Regional Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ 9 years of professional experience of which at least 1 year experience in a Managerial/ Equivalent position in a relevant field.
∎ The experience should be in the field of sales/ distribution channel in any Bank/ Financial Institution/ Mobile Network Operator/ FMCG/ MFS Company or any reputed company which has country wide Sales & Distribution channel/ network.
∎ Must be innovative, self-motivated and target/result-oriented.

Salary:
∎ Salary and designation will depend on experience and background of the selected candidates.
