Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and supervise Corporate & SME credit proposals, structure credit proposals, visit potential clients for identifying risks and ensure compliance with internal credit policy & regulatory guidelines.
∎ Identify credit risk of Corporate & SME credit proposals, derive mitigation measures and ensure desired level of service delivery.
∎ Visit existing and prospective clients to assess credit worthiness, operational performance & financial performance of individuals/businesses as and when required.
∎ Maintain communication with different stakeholders regarding document storage for both processing & sanctioning of files.
∎ Lead a team through effective coaching, motivation, counselling, engagement, conflict resolution and align individual aspiration with organization goal.
