Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the development, review and improvement of policies, and procedures regarding the Procurement, General Services, Logistic Support, Establishment etc. to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with the bank’s goals.
∎ Develop and analyze process flows, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvement.
∎ Maintain effective communication and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
∎ Oversee special projects, tracking their progress and ensuring timely completion.
∎ Ensure the safety and physical control of all security and printed stationery used across the bank.
∎ Take necessary initiatives to support the establishment of new Branches as per the Bank’s strategic plans and requirements.
∎ Maintain a transparent and efficient procurement process for the Bank’s Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Operational Expenditure (OpEx) items, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to policies.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Common Services Division, ensuring effective management of resources and compliance with organizational standards.
∎ Maintain compliance with the rules, regulations and procedures of the Central Bank as well as the internal policies and procedures.
