Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing retail Non-Performing Asset target through regular monitoring and taking timely actions in view of contributing towards reduction NPL as well as overall NPL of the company.
∎ Responsible for monitoring and follow-up of the OD accounts/clients in view of proper monitoring of the retail loan accounts.
∎ Responsible for regular follow up with overdue customers and ensure centralized letter sending to overdue customers.
∎ Responsible for building rapport with other Branch people, unit heads, business support units and MANCOM members.
∎ Responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures along with internal and external regulatory guidelines.
∎ Responsible for leading and developing team and succession pipeline and engage high performers.
