Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation degree in the discipline of CS, CSE, EEE, ETE, ICE, Applied Physics and Electronics, or any IT-related equivalent degree from a reputed public or private university with a good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 19 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 19 years of IT experience for the position of VP and 15 years of IT experience for the position of SAVP in a reputed commercial Bank(s) of which a minimum 5 years of practical experience in managing, developing, and implementing Core Banking Software (CBS) and leading the CBS Team. Preference will be given to those having hands-on experience in managing and implementing foreign CBS.
∎ Identify and analyze the existing business processes, procedures, and practices to prepare a project plan for the design, upgrade, and maintenance of the CBS Solution. Ability to recognize the nature of the problem related to CBS operation for rapid rectification.
∎ Manage business support and realize the requirements of the business to incorporate features and functionalities in the CBS for the smooth operation of the business functions.
∎ Thorough understanding of the functional and technical operation of Conventional and Islamic Banking, Offshore Banking, Treasury, Agent Banking operation, Payment Gateways, and other banking applications
