∎ Monitoring competitor's activities in the industry.
∎ Initiate strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets.
∎ Delegate responsibility to the team with accountability and follow-up.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 years in a relevant field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Management, Costing, B2B/B2C Sales Operations
∎ Analytical ability to identify opportunities for improvement in sales force performance
∎ Leadership and Good Communication skills in both Bengali and English
