Proficiency in inventory software
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of battery types (Lead Acid, lithium-ion) and IPS systems.
Work Environment:
Warehouse/store setting with exposure to battery-related materials.
Requires use of PPE (gloves, goggles) and adherence to safety guidelines

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Store In Charge to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on expanding our market presence and delivering strong sales performance across a defined geographic region.
Job Summary:
The Store In-charge will oversee daily operations of the Vector Power store, ensuring efficient inventory management, exceptional customer service, and compliance with safety standards. This role requires expertise in battery/IPS products, leadership skills, and a focus on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Receive, inspect, and record inventory of batteries (e.g., EV, Mishuk, IPS, lithium-ion Battery) and IPS systems.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages/surpluses.
Conduct audits and maintain storage conditions (temperature, ventilation) for battery safety.
Store Operations:
Supervise daily activities, ensuring a clean, organized store environment.
Implement safety protocols for handling hazardous materials (e.g., acid leaks, short-circuit prevention).
Process sales orders, invoices, and coordinate timely deliveries.
Team Leadership:
Train and supervise staff on product knowledge, safety procedures, and customer service.
Conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative team environment.
Sales & Customer Support:
Assist customers with technical inquiries, product selection, and issue resolution.
Support sales teams by providing inventory availability and upselling complementary products.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA).
Maintain records and generate reports on stock levels, sales trends, and discrepancies.
Safety & Risk Management:
Enforce protocols for battery handling, storage, and disposal to mitigate risks.
Address emergencies (e.g., spills, fires) promptly and effectively.
