∎ Identify new business opportunities and markets for battery and power solutions within the region.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions in alignment with their goals. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, offering technical support and after-sales services.
∎ Identify and target new customers, including potential B2B and B2C clients, distributors, contractors, and OEMs.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to adjust the sales strategy.
∎ Collaborate with the internal sales, technical, and customer service teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
∎ Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff as needed.
∎ Stay updated on the latest product developments, technologies, and industry standards.
∎ Provide training and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about the advantages and applications of the company’s solutions.
∎ Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into market conditions, customer feedback, and sales performance.
∎ Monitor key performance metrics to ensure targets are being met.
∎ Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals to secure favorable terms for the company while meeting customer expectations.
