∎ Solid understanding of battery technologies, energy storage solutions, and power systems. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present products, handle objections, and close deals. A consultative approach to sales, focused on providing value to the customer.
∎ Ability to understand and explain technical details of battery systems and power solutions. Troubleshooting skills are a plus.
∎ A strong customer service orientation with a commitment to resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with customers, sales teams, and technical staff at all levels.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, industry events, and referrals. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients in the assigned region or market.
∎ Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and advantages of our battery and power solutions. Customize presentations to meet client needs and business goals.
∎ Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Act as the main point of contact for sales inquiries, resolving customer concerns and facilitating their purchasing decisions.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Develop strategies for closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions within the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
∎ Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing any technical issues or inquiries from customers. Assist with troubleshooting, product installations, and system optimization to ensure maximum product performance.
∎ Manage service requests and coordinate with the technical service team to schedule timely repairs, installations, and maintenance services. Ensure that all service tickets are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Offer training sessions to clients on the proper usage and maintenance of battery and power systems. Educate customers on best practices for maintaining product longevity and maximizing system performance.
∎ Gather customer feedback regarding product performance and service quality. Work with the product development and engineering teams to relay this information, helping to improve future product offerings and services.
∎ Keep detailed records of service calls, maintenance schedules, and customer issues, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date for reporting and future reference.
