Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess & evaluate the existing business performance.
∎ Ensure analytical assessment of business performance.
∎ Develop & implement revenue generation strategies.
∎ Set business monitoring parameters and time to time reports submission.
∎ Provide product development inputs.
∎ Evaluate and enhance operational procedures to improve work efficiency.
∎ Ensuring team development and increasing retention of resources.
∎ Achieve business targets and business growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Oversee the Customer Experience (CX) operation .
∎ Identify gaps and take initiatives to develop the performance of the CX operation.
∎ Ensure improvement of Customer satisfaction level.
∎ Plan & implement optimum resource utilization initiatives.
∎ Guide and develop the team to operate in line with the organization’s short-term and long-term goals.
∎ Escalate issues relating to customer satisfaction to the cross-function departments.
∎ Own and lead the initiatives to address issues within the product & service offering to increase customer happiness.
Salary: Negotiable
