Job Responsibilities:
∎ ABOUT THE ROLE:
∎ The Head of Business Development for Mokam CPG is responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities. Plans and directs all aspects of business development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Apart from growth ambitions of Mokam CPG, this role will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals.
∎ What you will be doing?
∎ *Oversee Nation-wide Distribution Network Planning and execution.
∎ *Ensuring placement of large distribution houses at strategic locations.
∎ *Oversee Field Force recruitments in Collaboration with HR.
∎ *Perform Training need assessments for Field Force and conduct essential trainings on time.
∎ *Own Co-packing and 3P Manufacturing; Import of FMCG.
∎ Effectively communicate the value proposition and ROI of Business products and services.
∎ *Meets or exceeds sales quotas and performance objectives.
∎ *Analyzes and elevates team performance by coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results of each New Business Development team member.
∎ *Successfully executes client contracts from negotiation to close in adherence to related company policies and procedures.
∎ *Run small to large scale projects within businesses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ *Hands on experience in working with 3P Manufacturing and handling import of FMCGs.
∎ *Good understanding of geography and Bangladesh markets.
∎ *Exceptional interpersonal/presentation skills, problem solving abilities, and ability to influence management and complex negotiations.
∎ *The ability to create relationships across the organization and team commitment.
∎ *Manage to deliver under tight deadlines and to hold people accountable.
∎ *Pro-activeness with a “can do” attitude, multitasking & project management.
