• Age At least 40 years

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction.

• Self-motivated and capable of handling high-pressure situations.

As the Head of Business Analytics & Operations, you will lead and manage all aspects of factory production across multiple departments. You will report on each unit`s performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations across departments, including Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, Cutting, Sewing, QC, and Sampling.

• Ensure adherence to international compliance standards and SOPs across production lines.

• Analyze productivity in areas such as Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing, introducing automation where feasible.

• Manage supply chain processes to reduce storage costs and improve cash flow, utilizing FIFO methods or alternatives as needed.

• Handle recruitment and compliance per Bangladesh Labor Law and conduct regular audits (BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, STeP by OEKO-TEX).

• Develop Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and reports (CAPR) independently to address production challenges.

• Minimize defects and ensure quality consistency through rigorous inspections, aiming to reduce manual errors.

• Implement real-time operations, inventory, and production tracking, and leverage predictive analytics for maintenance and downtime prevention.

• Lead leadership development and employee empowerment initiatives, utilizing training metrics to monitor progress.

• Conduct regular internal audits and strengthen safety measures across production floors.

• Identify root causes of production issues, developing solutions to minimize impact.
