Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing business plan & sales strategy (for daily commodity products such as rice, flour, semolina, sugar, lentils, salt, oil, spices etc.) to achieve growth in market share, volume & revenue while ensuring profitability in line with company's objectives.
∎ Working with the Board to ensure that the company is capable of achieving the highest quality standards, continues to innovate well ahead of its competitors, and is perceived as the clear aspirational choice for customers.
∎ Achieve assigned sales target by supporting the sales team in the formulation of sales objectives and expansion strategies for new and existing businesses.
∎ Creating a resilient and high-performing collegiate leadership team with a values agenda that is clear and focused.
∎ Supervise the operational activities of all manufacturing and sales units in order to maximize growth.
∎ Develop and maintain excellent relationships with important stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, community organizations, regulatory bodies, etc.
∎ Representing the company at trade shows, events, and other related activities.
∎ Formulating performance measures, parameters, and targets in accordance with corporate objectives and agreed-upon performance review at predetermined intervals with predetermined targets.
∎ Ensuring SBU compliance with business policy, transparency, and responsibility.
