Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation in any discipline with excellent academic background from reputed universities and no third division/class or equivalent CGPA in academic career.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selection of Location, Agent and launch Agent Banking Outlets throughout the country with Branding.
∎ To set-up the business road map, develop the products and execute the marketing strategies for Agent banking.
∎ To build a robust Agent Banking Team at Head Office as well as marketing & distribution teams at different regional & business outlets.
∎ Visit both existing & proposed Agent Outlets & evaluate the performances periodically.
∎ To set annual business targets and to achieve the targets.
∎ Provide business targets to concerned officers & monitor their performances constantly.
∎ Provide appropriate training to Agents & concerned Officers.
∎ Furnish all regulatory & management reports as per requirement.
∎ Any other responsibility as & when assigned by the competent authority of the bank from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years banking experiences with at least 3 years in agent banking. May be relaxed for deserving candidates.
∎ Sound knowledge in agent banking guidelines of Bangladesh Bank, services, agent banking model, agent selection criteria, dispute resolution etc.
∎ Have practical experience & very good understanding of General Banking, Retail Banking, Credit operations, Banking products, AML & CFT, FATCA etc.
∎ Excellent inter-personal, communication & presentation skills with strong analytical ability & leadership quality. Strong IT knowledge and good command over Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and very good people dealings with positive attitude.
∎ Not over 45 years. May be relaxed for deserving candidates.
