∎ MBA/Post graduate from a recognized university having sound academic background

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to launch agent banking outlet throughout the country to serve the unbanked community
∎ Responsible for developing & executing distribution, customer acquisition through agent outlet, merchandising, communication, product development and company business priorities in Financial Services
∎ Responsible for developing head office agent banking team and regional sales & distribution team for this agent banking channel

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Minimum 12 years for AVP or 14 years for SAVP
∎ Should have experience as Head of Agent Banking/ Agent Banking Manager/ Similar senior position
∎ Should have solid track record in managing channel marketing activities with third party agents/channels
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and working knowledge of computer applications.
∎ Age preferably not over 42 years as on October 31, 2019
