∎ Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
∎ Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
∎ Make signature dish to create customer attraction.
∎ Overseeing all kitchen operations.
∎ Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
∎ Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
∎ Monitoring stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
∎ Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
∎ Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
∎ Keeping up to date with industry trends.
∎ Receiving feedback from visiting customers and making improvements where necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Foreign Chef- who has experience on Japanese/ Korean/ European food making (minimum 05yrs of work experience in abroad or any 5 star Hotel of Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
