Position Overview: As a Guest Relations Officer at Krishibari Estates, you will serve as the primary liaison between the estate and its guests, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience. Your role involves welcoming guests, addressing their needs, managing guest inquiries, and supporting marketing efforts through online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, provide comprehensive information about the estate's facilities, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining the estate's positive reputation.
• Collaborate with departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food services to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
• Gather and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate insights to management.
• Assist in organizing and managing events at various estate venues, ensuring all guest requirements are met.

Marketing & Sales Support:

• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and social media to convert leads into bookings.
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with potential customers online, providing relevant information to encourage bookings and event reservations.
• Promote Krishibari Estates’ services and packages by sharing offers, updates, and events with potential clients.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve guest outreach and sales strategies.
