Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with local suppliers & purchase as per requirements.
∎ Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality.
∎ Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities.
∎ Implement supplier lists, price lists, conduct price controls, market research and consolidate orders.
∎ Having sound knowledge on modern supply chain management and Purchase Plan.
∎ Receive information from warehouse on stock position and ensure delivery as per demand date
∎ Take quotation from different suppliers, Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
∎ Verify received items by comparing the purchase order.
∎ Follow up the supplier for ensuring delivery on time.
∎ Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production.
∎ Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement.
∎ Document, Track and Maintain a database of all orders updated and disseminate periodic reports.
∎ Issue PO to respective supplier, follow up orders and ensure timely deliver
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
∎ Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
∎ Prepare budget and plan for all procurement activities
∎ Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest, dedicated and self-motivate
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Technical Infrastructure.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
