Responsibilities & Context:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create a unified vision for growth.

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics.

  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and gain a competitive edge.

  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

  • Implement personalized communication and engagement tactics.

  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction to refine offerings.

  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure offerings meet market needs.

  • Ensure alignment across departments to achieve growth objectives.

  • Communicate growth goals and progress to key stakeholders.

  • Track KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and churn rate.

  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.

  • Continuously refine strategies based on results.

  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize growth impact.

  • Monitor spending and ensure campaigns are cost-efficient.

  • Any other task as management requirement.
