Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Financial Leadership
∎ 1. Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives.
∎ 2. Provide strategic recommendations to the top Management, Board of Directors, and senior management team on financial planning, investment priorities, and policy matters.
∎ 3. Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
∎ Financial Management
∎ 1. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes across the Group.
∎ 2. Oversee financial operations, including cash flow management, working capital, and treasury functions.
∎ 3. Monitor and manage financial risks while ensuring adequate internal controls.
∎ 4. Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to stakeholders.
∎ Corporate Governance & Compliance
∎ 1. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
∎ 2. Lead audits and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
∎ 3. Implement and uphold strong governance practices within financial operations.
∎ Investment and Funding Management
∎ 1. Assess and manage the Group's investment portfolio, ensuring high returns while mitigating risks.
∎ 2. Evaluate and secure funding options for business expansion and capital projects.
∎ 3. Establish and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
∎ Collaborative Leadership
∎ 1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple business units.
∎ 2. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
∎ 3. Drive collaboration between finance and other departments to ensure alignment of objectives.
∎ Industry Acumen
∎ 1. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and economic conditions to inform financial decisions.
∎ 2. Support the launch of new automotive models, dealerships, and after-sales services with tailored financial strategies.
∎ 3. Monitor and manage costs associated with manufacturing, inventory, and distribution.
