Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Com. in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed national/ Foreign University FCA/ FCMA.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing financial strategies and plans, conducting financial analysis, forecasting financial performance, and managing budgets.
∎ Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making.
∎ Credit Management: Acquiring credit facilities and funds from domestic banks, financial institutions, and foreign sources.
∎ Risk management: Identifying and managing financial risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
∎ Cash management: Managing cash flow, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, managing cash reserves, and investing surplus cash.
∎ Tax Management: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, managing tax filings, and identifying tax-saving opportunities.
∎ Investor Relations: Managing relationships with investors and stakeholders, communicating financial performance, managing expectations, and achieving financial goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have working experience with recent 05 years as CFO in the RMG Sector/ Textiles Sector.
