Key Responsibilities
· Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival
· Provide accurate guidance about services, facilities, and membership offers
· Maintain a polished, professional, and guest-friendly environment
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
· Observe guest behavior, identify service improvement opportunities, and report to supervisors
· Uphold brand standards, grooming, hospitality etiquette, and communication protocols
Educational Background:
· Level/A Level (English Medium preferred), or bachelor’s degree from any reputed private university
· Excellent command over English (spoken & written)
· Smart, well-groomed, and highly presentable
· Strong interpersonal & customer service skills
· Confident in handling front-office operations and guest interactions
Internship Structure & Benefits
· 1-Month Observation Period
· Total Internship Duration: 3 Months
· Monthly Stipend: BDT 10,000
· Strong possibility of full-time employment based on performance
