Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing Technology
∎ Good knowledge of PHOTOSHOP/ILLUSTRATOR
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or CorelDraw, and Google Drive for design on clothes
∎ Compelling, on-brand graphic and print design that differentiates our Brand from others in Bangladesh market.
∎ Good ability of follow the instructions for design changes/development
∎ Innovative graphic and print ideas that promote the brands message globally and help in driving sales in new and existing channels.
∎ Can execute aesthetically strong, on-brand print and graphic projects with exceptional accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail.
∎ Research print and graphic market and report on trends seasonally
∎ Create, develop and gain approval for seasonal print and graphic concepts
∎ Create original textile designs, prints, graphics and embroidery patterns seasonally
∎ Provide Design and Merchandising team with multiple print and graphic layouts, scale and colour way options for final assortment selection
∎ Travel to printers, fabric mills and relevant trade shows as requested
∎ Create proofs for new orders and make changes to proofs for existing orders
∎ Creation of trendy fashions for Local market based on seasons
∎ Practical knowledge on Woven fabrics, Washing, printing and Embroidery.
∎ Knowledge about trends of fashion, fabrics, accessories etc.
∎ Knowledge about significance of pattern, shape of a garment specially ladies dress.
∎ Analyze trends in fabric, color and shapes, season
∎ Adapt existing designs for mass production
∎ Ensure developing of pattern & overseeing the production
∎ Create mood board for customer re-view & prepare collection for respective season as per new trend with keep in mind company product range, customer price level etc.
∎ Prepare collection/ tech pack based on mood board from customer end & fabric selection incorporating styling, color, season, price level etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Needs to have a creative and artistic mind-set to create unique design prints on illustrator
Salary: Negotiable
