• Clear knowledge on Graphic Design for laser Section in laundry factory.
• Sound knowledge on Adobe InDesign, Abode Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Soft knowledge on computer and mail communication (MS Excel, MS Word, E-mail).
• Capable to work independently and proactively.
• Capable to work under pressure.
• At least 3 years in the same position.

Job Context: Tusuka is a 100% export oriented garment manufacturing company at RMG sector in Bangladesh and looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take on challenges to deliver high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
• Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes and create new concepts.
• Assist Laser Manager to set the target and draft and design layout of laser and workspace to Photoshop, illustration maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
• Communicate with management and user personnel to develop quality and design a standard, coordinate technical and pre-production meetings with production and quality team before new style/input is given to the production floor.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior of the safety, quality, production, compliance issues and efficiency of the factory.
• Production, R&D sketches, sample designs and technical support to the buyer.
• Market analysis for the upcoming product design, experiment on new technique of garment and fabric.
• Do the effective & efficient planning for the better production.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
• 1Perform any other duties which is assigned by Top Management.
