Additional Requirements:
Preferably have experience working with Mango, POP, Sainsbury, Original Marine, or similar brands.
Responsibilities & Context:
Production Monitoring
Experience in monitoring cutting, sewing, and finishing for woven bottoms.
Ability to identify deviations and ensure adherence to buyer quality standards.
Inspection Experience
Conduct in-line and end-line inspections.
Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Technical Knowledge
Review buyers’ technical files, specifications, and quality requirements before production starts.
Ensure compliance with AQL standards.
Team Leadership
Guide CQC/QA teams to implement effective quality control methods.
Follow-ups and Approvals
Conduct pre-final and final inspections to secure buyer approval.
