Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review of PP sample prior to sending buyer for approval.
∎ Handle and execute PP meeting and explaining buyer requirement to the team.
∎ Reviewing size set samples and providing comments that need to be followed in pilot run.
∎ Pilot samples review and providing comments that need to be followed in bulk run.
∎ Production line follow up and documents provide in production line.
∎ Work with customer support and other departments to resolve quality concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
∎ 1st pcs garments at finishing approved by checking with all documents.
∎ Conduct in-line/ Pre final inspection and assist the buyer representative in the Final inspection in the Factory.
∎ Do final inspection on 100% packed garments prior to buyer inspection.
∎ Inspection report upload to buyer portal.
∎ Carry out other related tasks as and when required.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time
